Bernard Baudry "Le Domaine" Chinon Blanc, 2022 NA A slow steam distillation ofThis wine is made of 100% Chenin Blanc. Harvested from several plots of clay and limestone soils, "Le Domaine" showcases a bright natural acidity and vibrancy. The wine shows a lovely dry palate of peach, orange, with jasmine tea and white flowers on the nose. Perfect for a rich plate of sauted scallops with polenta and collard greens. Chenin Blanc shows for only a fraction of Baudry's production, but is always strong.
